Signs and symptoms

  • vaginal discharge which is thin and foamy and may have an unpleasant 'fishy' odour
  • burning or pain when passing urine or during sex.

Someone with a penis may notice:

  • slight discharge from the penis
  • burning or pain when passing urine or during sex.
